Performance introduction
● The technical performance meets the requirements of XF7-2004 "Fire Gloves" standard.
● Fire gloves by the outer layer, waterproof layer, heat insulation layer and other three layers of material combination, fire gloves for five fingers separate type, and with sleeves, in line with the requirements of the system.
● Overall thermal protection performance TPP(cal/cm2) : ≥30.
● Flame retardant performance: Outer layer: damage length of glove palm surface (longitude and latitude ≤12mm), damage length of glove hand back (longitude and latitude ≤34mm); Heat insulation layer: glove body damage length (longitude, latitude ≤17mm). The second burning time of the palm surface of the outer gloves, the back of the hands of the gloves, and the body of the heat insulation gloves are all 0S, and the smoldering time is 0S.
● Heat resistance: After the heat stability test, the shrinkage rate of gloves is less than 1%, the shrinkage rate of lining is less than 1%, and the surface of the sample should not change significantly, no melting, detachment and combustion phenomenon.
● Mechanical properties: wear resistance (palm, back > 2000); Cutting force (palm, back > 15N); Tear strength (palm > 55N; Back ≥230N); Penetration force (palm ≥110N; Back ≥64N).
● Barrier performance: hydrostatic pressure resistance: the waterproof layer of gloves and its stitches are tested for 5 minutes under hydrostatic pressure of 7kPa, and no water droplets appear; Overall waterproof performance: no leakage.
● Human efficacy requirements: dexterity ≥6 times; Grip performance > 99% : Wear performance ≤1.7s.
● Provide the inspection report of the national fire equipment Quality supervision and inspection Center.
